Scope after b.tech

Currently doing b.tech in cs from private institute.had got 49 marks in maths in 12th n 1 back in 2nd sem of 1st yr engineerin.is there any scope me getting job after doing b.tech?or getting placed :\.what option do i have ? will my 12th marks will be cause of hindrance in me gettin placed
