As an alumnus of LPU, I had many friends who did fashion designing and are own working with top brands. LPU ranks amongst the top 100 institutions in India as per NIRF rankings. LPU has faculty from premier design institutes to sharpen design visualization and execution. Labs and equipment to simulate the industry environment with practical exposure to the fashion industry right from design to merchandising. Option of specialisation in Design or Technology. Quality learning has created skilled professionals that are recruit-able much before they graduate. There are 15+ global brands for placement and training,16+ labs to stimulate industry environment and 20+ lifestyle products created every year. School of design alumni are working inbest design houses like Anshul Rajwansh (Delhi), Archana Kochhar (Mumbai), Sabeena Bani Ahuja (singapore), Aslam Khan (Delhi), Pam Mehta (Delhi). Companies like H&M, Raymonds, Tommy Hilfiger, Gini & Jony, Shahi export, Orient Craft selected LPU students. There are many institutes offering Pg courses u can opt for them or you can work or intern under good brands. depends for which specific country and market u want to work for.

Fashion designing has a huge scope abroad and Italy is one such option which everyone can consider. Italy is the desired place for students who want to make a career in fashion. One college that i can suggest you for the same is MIP Italy. It has various programs on fashion related subjects.

Fashion designing in abroad is a growing sector because many countries are hiring Indian fashion expert to show their talent, any one can get not only good money also good will, prestige, more growing chance and they can also start their own brand. but i will suggest to stay in India and work for our nation, it will not only give you all of the above but along with it here you can many more from it.
