Scope of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Is btech.IT have a good scope in future ?can they be recriuted by MNC ?what is further studies after btech. IT?CAN THEY GET THE SAME PACKAGE AS CSE CANDIDATES ? in case if there is a difference between CSE and IT what skills i need to opt ?
