Scope of International MBA for engineering degree holder.

I am B.E(ECE) degree holder, currently i am working as a software developer. if i do a international MBA(1year) program, it will have any scope?. i got a call from JARO EDUCATION www.jaro.in regarding that international MBA(1year) program in ULYANVOSK STATE UNIVERSITY (USU)russia. please guide me.
