Both have equal scope but it depends according to the client demand for technologies.As of software there is .NET,Java (core+advance),VB etc and as of Networking there are certifications as N+.CCNA,CCNP,CCIE etc .So choose your career Track-path according to your interests,your specific knowledge.Th
