Education loan can be availed. Do check the education loan of SBI, it comes for students without any collateral.

The college gives you financial support in the face of scholarships. But to avail the same you need to be a selected candidate under achievers' round. Other than that the college also has loan facility partners that you would get to know about, if you get shortlisted.
