Is standard of PCM of SCRA is equivalent to PCM of aieee or more tougher than that?

It is more tough than AIEEE or other state board entrance exams. Reason is high competition. There are large number of candidates and very few seats. Exams includes general knowledge and reasoning tests beside PCM. If you are dedicated study oriented student then you may try.
