Seeing the weak global economic climate, is it feasible to go abroad for higher studies?

I want to go for an M.S. in Information Technology. My preferred location would be Canada. I asked a question earlier regarding the same. However, the answer, although good, was not very re-assuring. Are there any countries where finding a job is not THAT difficult, as mentioned by your experts?

Getting a job in US/Canada/UK/Europe is difficult because of economic conditions in these places. Even the residents of these countries are not getting jobs. For e.g. in US the unemployment rate is around 10% which is highest in last many years. If you want to do MS to acquire knowledge, go out to
