Shall I attend the counseling or not? Am I eligible for the 1st round of counselling? Is there any chance to get a seat?

    Yes, you have to attend the KIITEE counseling. Your chances for getting Civil, EIE, and Electrical are high. Chances of getting a seat in the first round are less but are high in upcoming rounds.
