Shall I continue to try for govt. jobs like bank exams in India or should I go to Australia for doing MS and search jobs? I'm confused.

I have completed B.Tech in of biotechnology from NIT, Warangal and I'm not interested in software so I'm writing bank exams. I have qualified the first round of IBPS RRB PO and IBPS PO. So please suggest whether I should continue my preparation or go to Australia?
