Shall I directly go for aeronautical engineering or pursue Bachelors in mechanical and then Masters in aeronautical?

Hello Vignesh, If you want to make your career in aeronautical engineering then it's better to pursue the same branch right from graduation. Do not think of mechanical engineering. Just concentrate on what you desire & what is your passion.
