Hi Shashikumar,
BBM is a business management course. If you wish to pursue journalism, you can pursue either B.A. in Journalism Hons, Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication or Bachelor of Mass Media. You can find the list of top colleges here https://www.shiksha.com/mass-communication-media/a
