If you are interested in MBA in HR only then you can take B.Sc in any stream because it will help you to devote more time in CAT preparation and also you will save 1 year.

You can do B.Sc in IT or non IT like physics, chemistry, etc. But B.Sc in IT is better as there is a huge demand for IT recruiters.
