Shall I do MA or executive MBA? I have 3.5 years of experience and I want to pursue distance MA.
I have done B.Sc in footwear technology from FDDI.

I would recommend you doing executive MBA. You have more now than 3 years of work experience. You have better chance of making into good MBA colleges in India. You just now have to prepare for entrance exam and Interview process.
