To get a good job, B.Ed after MCA is a better option. Otherwise, there're so many entrance that you're supposed to clear to get a government job.

If you are doing BCA and MCA, then there is no need to go for B.Ed in computer science. There are less chances to become a government school teacher. Most probably try in private organisations.
