To become a government teacher, you need to have B.Ed degree and HTET or CTET examination passing. If it is your aim to become a teacher of computer applications in a school, you can do BCA first and then go for B.Ed but doing it after graduation, you will be a teacher to lower classes, if you want

I understand your confusion. First of all, doing B.Ed in computer Science is a good option and you can apply for the private schools also. Secondly, if you have interest related for becomimg lecturer then you can go head with MCA and then Ph.D.
