Shall I drop 1 more year or not to prepare for JEE Mains? I dropped a year for JEE Mains but have failed in the same.

Hey, if you have low score, then even at this marks you will get central universities. Placement is not very good in these Colleges. Only CS/IT has placement. Fee is low.
