Shall I get some work experience before going for MBA abroad or go as a fresher there?

What will be the process for admission? Which would be a better country for me? I am pursuing BBA IB with 72% & want to pursue MBA abroad and settle there. My budget of doing MBA abroad is 20 Lakhs (max.).

You can do a 2 years Diploma course PGDM from India (distance learning as distance learning course will be a cheap option) which won't cost you much but make sure that program must be UGC approved.
