Shall I go for a top college with lower branch or a good branch with lower college? I have scored 102 marks in MHCET 2017.

Getting into the top college has some advantages but you should never compromise with the branch as eventually, you won't be able to succeed in the branch in which you don't have any interest. I would recommend you to go for a good branch in any average college.
