Shall I go for Canada or USA to pursue MS in automation? Which are the top universities?

I have got overall 6 bands (L-6, W-6, R-6.5, S-6) in IELTS and 290 marks in GRE.

I would prefer Canada over USA.

You have very less GRE score. Try to bring it to 300 or so. Then, you will get in Canada.
