Shall I go for EMBA or part-time MBA with 6 years of job experience in IT industry?
I did my BE in computer science in 2010.

Go for Executive MBA. It would be better than part time.

There is a 1 year course. Costs around 17 lakhs for 1 year. It is a highly valued course and one of the best in India.
