Shall I go for music field or pursue a medical course? I am getting admission in private medical colleges and I am interested in music too.

Hi Inzmam, You need to prioritize. What would make you happy? and also understand the facts. A career in Music industry is challenging. Even after pursuing a course it might take time to establish yourself as a musician as there is tremendous competition. So if you want a profession in Music you should be ready for the initial struggle. On the other hand as you mentioned you already have got a private medical college. So you can be sure of one thing that after successful completion of your course you can be assured of having a career that offers you a better stability. Music can always be a part of your life alongside. You can take it up as a hobby and continue to learn gradually. There are doctors who have pursued arts even after completion of their other qualifications. So I suggest that you can take up medicine and pursue Music alongside. Learn and develop your craft gradually. Even if you have a private practice in future you can give time to music. Decision is yours to take. All the best!
