Shall I go for part-time MBA or full-time in MBA in IB as I have 3 years work experience in export firm as an export executive?

1 year executive MBA is a good option, as you have a work-ex of 3 years. Generally 2 year full-time program is suitable with 1-2 year work-ex. You can look for 1 year programs offered by IIMs, GLIM, ISB, SP JAIN.
