Shall I graduate in BOMS from Kings University, Canada or pursue B.Com honors from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi?
I have scored 98.50% in my best 4 subjects in 12th.

That's a tough choice. Your grades are good but may not be sufficient for SRCC. Cut-offs are usually 99% and more. It will be wise to decide after the merit lists are drawn. In the meanwhile keep checking more university options abroad.
