Dear Fuzail, NIT Srinagar is your home state NIT & you will have other advantages taking admission there but VIT Vellore would be my first choice if I was at your place. Wish you all the very best.

Prefer VIT vellore as it is better recognized and provide better placement opportunity

VIT is a good option. Also compare it with India's largest university Lovely Professional University. Compare its rankings, infrastructure, studies, placements etc.
