Shall I prepare for IITs or take admission in state level engineering colleges? I have completed my 12th.

I think you should give your one year for the preparation of IIT. You should join any good coaching and work hard for it. Give your best shot in next year's JEE. Try to solve Books like Cengage, HC Verma, DC Pandey, etc. for best output.
