Shall I pursue BBA through correspondence or not? I am unable to do well in my BE (3rd year), so I want to discontinue the same.

In my view as you have already invested your 3-years in your BE so for only 1-year, why to lose an opportunity to earn. You should complete your graduation degree and can then chase your dream.
