Shall I pursue BE to become a graduate as I want to prepare for UPSC further? I am a student of 11th standard.

    Absolutely, yes. You should do BE because you can start preparing for UPSC while studying for BE. Also, studying BE will help you upgrade your thinking and aptitude level.
