Dear Himanshu, Both are very good universities, but being alumni of LPU, I can share the details of the CSE programme at LPU only. I have also done my MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are some points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU. Both chemical engineering from UPES or CSE from LPU are equally good on their own grounds but one has to understand its needs and requirements accordingly.
