In my opinion, you should opt CSE from MNNIT-Allahabad, because MNNIT Allahabad provides good CSE faculty members, good course curriculum, good placements and good computer labs also.

There are no scope in production and industrial, so please take CS branch from an MNIT Allahabad, because is placement record is too good.

You are in better condition as there is an option as P&I in IIT, Roorkee. P & I is one of the best branches in IIT-R with average placement greater than civil or chemical branch. Hi, I was in similar dilemma last year to choose from MNIT, Jaipur CSE, and IIT, Roorkee Polymer Science and not Warangal Electrical and electronic engineering.
