    Hi,
It actually depends solely on your interest and place of residence but if you would go by institute then chemical engineering at NIT-Warangal is better. However, if you don't prefer chemical then I would suggest EE in NIT-Raipur.
I would suggest you to refer the syllabus of both the disciplines. Whichever you are interested in learning, you go ahead with that one.
NIT-Rourkela is also doing good enough so you can surely join there as it gives a very good scope for students in extracurricular activities and study is also extraordinary. Moreover, it has a nice curriculum with awesome placements and a good package.

It is all about placements finally. You better choose an institute with better placements because usually, people get to software irrespective of their branch of study. As for classroom learning, professors at any institutes never teach much. It's up to you to learn your courses yourself with textbooks, online courses. Put some logic into your thoughts and decisions. Don't follow blind advice from elders. Just listen to some suggestions by your seniors.

Hello Shubham, as you know NIT, Rourkela currently stands at number 2 ranking among all the NITs in the country, only after NIT, Trichy. So, my personal suggestion will be to opt for NIT, Rourkela for its infrastructure, well-experienced faculties and excellent placement records. Finally, it's your decision to choose a particular branch of your interest. Best Wishes!

The college matters a lot. If you have no special preference over a particular branch choose NIT, Warangal. You get good core companies or other good companies which you can sit for in NIT, Warangal. NIT, Raipur is good as well if you have interest in electrical engineering. So it goes down to what you like. If you are fine with any branch, choose NIT, Warangal or if you like electrical choose NIT, Raipur.
