Hi, It actually depends solely on your interest and place of residence but if you would go by institute then chemical engineering at NIT-Warangal is better. However, if you don't prefer chemical then I would suggest EE in NIT-Raipur. I would suggest you to refer the syllabus of both the disciplines.

It is all about placements finally. You better choose an institute with better placements because usually, people get to software irrespective of their branch of study. The college matters a lot. If you have no special preference over a particular branch choose NIT, Warangal. You get good core companies or other good companies which you can sit for in NIT, Warangal. NIT, Raipur is good as well if you have interest in electrical engineering. So it goes down to what
