Shall I pursue M.Tech or M.Sc after B.Tech? I have done my B.Sc (non-medical) with 70% and I am interested in computer science.
I scored 87% in my 12th in 2014.

Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. You should have 55% marks in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NI

You can do B.Tech and then go for M.Tech as it is a good option. Try to move according to your aim and likes.

Thanks for the answer.
If I do first M.Sc physics and then M.Tech, will I suffer from any problem like eligibility in government job or placement?
