Shall I pursue my M.E in cloud or should I pursue it as a certification course from an institute?
I want to build my career in cloud computing.

That will be the best option for you. Cloud computing is a very important subject now a days. Universities like JNTUH keep this subject for M.Tech students also. So, you can go for cloud computing.
