Shall I send to DD to the ARC for further process? It is impossible for me to be there in ARC for seat acceptance.

No it is not possible, for confirmation of your seat you need to go there and get your original documents verified no other option is there.
See if you can't go now no issues you can wait for 2nd cutoff , seats will be vacant till then don't worry.
