    Both the universities are good. The LPU offers a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem-solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place for Design, Manufacturing, Thermal, etc specialisation.
    The highest salary package offered to mechanical branch students is 25 LPA, while the average salary is 5 LPA.     As a faculty at LPU I can provide information regarding the CSE in LPU as I don't know about BML munjal University. LPU Engineering school has been ranked 66th among the top Engineering Universities and colleges of India. Engineering Programs at LPU are in the same league as BITS Pilani & many of IITs.     Being a alumni of Lovely professional University, I would say, As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in. The study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements.     Dear Faiyaz, I have no idea of BML Munjal, but being alumni of LPU, I can assure you that both ME and CSE are good at LPU. My friend's younger brothers is studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are some points I would like to share about why CSE is good from LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed.
