I appreciate your willingness to study further. I may suggest you to take up teaching course where you can share your expertise in the banking industry.
Even PhD will help. Thereafter besides teaching and research, you can also look for non-academic careers after PhD- you can probably explore

Hi,
If you wish to pursue the degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.
