Hi Muhammed, For Msc Genetic: The candidates must complete B.Sc. from a recognised University in Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry, Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or Life Sciences and Biomedical Sciences in Science stream. Cut off marks of admission to MSc Genetics vary from University to University. Many Colleges/Universities conduct entrance examinations for admission to the course. Eligibility for M.Sc. Bioinformatics:- A student who has obtained Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% in (i) B.Sc. (Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Zoology / Botany / Chemistry /Mathematics /Statistics / Computer Science). (ii) B. Pharm. (iii) MBBS (iv) BDS (v) BAMS (vi) BHMS (vii) B.E. in Computer Science or Information technology or Biomedical Engineering will be considered eligible for admission to M.Sc. Bioinformatics course. Students will be admitted to M.Sc. Bioinformatics course through Central Entrance Test on the merit list based on the marks obtained in graduation.
