Short dur courses for mid career break.

I am experienced in banking for 10 ys. I have done PGDM in agri business and after B.Sc. Agri. Suggest a short duration course frm reputed recogn insti in related fields of my edu/experience. I wish to take a short break from job here. Pl advise. Edex/online or classroom which is better? IIM?
