short term hr diploma course

Prsuing mba frm-symb in buss admin and had exp in operations of 2 yr but i need to switch to hr,for that only i was planning for hr diploma 2-3 months course,so those hr course will help me out in getting good hr jobs. the companies will give first preference to students who completed mba-hr or me.

Hi, Yes, you may surely pursue a short term diploma course in HR, as it may help you to get a core HR job, however please remember for a core HR job the companies will always give first preference to candidates who has done MBA in HR or who has past work experience in the field of HR. Feel free t
