Can first year BE Comp student do embedded system & robotics certification ?I want to do it in Pune , Which are best institutions for that? Which are near Karvenagar? What are fees?

It is not necessary to do this certification course. If you have interest towards robotics engineering then go for it. Some candidate has interest in Ethical hacking so they do that course and the same if you are having interest then should be done. Programming language also comes in robotics field so, your CS stream will help you in this certification course regarding programming and coding. -
