Both of the exams are good. I don't know much about civil service. But, I can tell you about IBPS PO Exam.
IBPS PO is the government job, those who are wishing their career in government bank in the position of PO, this job is for them.

You can apply for IBPS PO exam after completing your graduation. You can now start studying for this by doing graduation.
