Should I apply for 2nd counselling? The cut-off rank for NMAMIT ISE in 2016 was 46k while for 2017 it was 19k. My COMEDK rank is 21k.

Hi there,
Yes, apply for the 2nd counselling round as the cut-off rank will go beyond 19K in this and there are chances that you will get ISE in NMAMIT easily.
