Dear Sunidhi, Admission to FMS is totally based on performance in CAT and on-campus rounds (extempore + Personal Interview). Academic grades are not taken into consideration for admission. All the Best!

This year there is no weightage given to your past academic scores, however, I can't assure you that it will be the same 1-2 yrs from now. Yes you should apply. Though your academics are not so good, or one can say below average, but still you have good in fact very good score in CAT, if you have score 99.9+ . There are chances that you may convert for FMS Delhi.
