Should I apply for ILS seats? I have scored 92.35 percentile and all India rank is 2200. I am from Mumbai.

Last year cut off was around 97 percentile. And yes you can apply for ILS seats, you might have chance in ILS seat. All the best. -
You can apply through ILS if you've scored this percentile in CET. It Would be a tough call to make, seeing last year trends you could convert.
