I have scored 72.16% in BE in mechanical and 7 band in IELTS. I have 4 years of work experience in oil and gas field.

Hi Tim,
You have a month left, I don't see any reason why you cannot apply now. Be proactive and finish the application process on time. However, if you feel you can submit a better application if you have more time then apply next time.
