You may apply but chances are bleak because of low CAT score, however it is a profile based selection so do apply.

You have great academics, but your CAT score is on the lower side. I would suggest that you should take the CAT exam one more time. You should score at least 80 percentile in order to have fair chances of admission.

BITS has a profile based selection. It depends upon the pool of students applying. Considering last year trends you have less chances.
