Should I apply for revaluation or supplementary exams? I have failed in maths in 2nd PUC and have less marks in physics and chemistry.

If you have confidence that you have written better, then put it for revaluation. But, you have less marks in physics & chemistry. I think you have not written in maths also. So, write the supplementary. Life doesn't end with this.
