Should I apply for Welingkar college or any other top schools in Mumbai?
If I got 57 percentile in CAT,12th from Rajasthan board 83%,10th 81% and graduation 60%.

You should definitely apply to Welingkar as there are a lot of opportunities which the college provides to students. Atleast you should apply in colleges of Mumbai and you can also try for MAH-CET exam.

Looking at your entrance score, let me tell you that its very hard to get into We-School or any other top schools in Mumbai.
