Should I apply to Bhartiya Vidyapeeth (deemed university)? They are offering me evening shift timings with distance education degree.

If you're working executive, it can be nice option. Else not recommended,if your fresher, you should opt for good score in your entrance exams and apply to top 40 Bschools.
