Should I apply to this college with 82 percentile in CAT along with 81% in 10th, 92% in 12th along with an aggregate of 68% in grad.?

You have fair chances of getting through. So, I would suggest you to apply and prepare well for GD. Don't hesitate to ask if you have anymore queries.

You can apply but chances are less. As you are a fresher and its cut off lies around 85-90 percentile.

No, the cutoff will be around 85 percentile so you won't get a call. Instead you can apply for BIMTECH Noida, Christ University Bangalore, XIME Bangalore, ITM Mumbai and PUMBA Pune.
